At Doops Custom Works, we work hard to ensure every order is perfect. Please review our refund policies carefully:


If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please reach out to us as soon as possible.

We require clear evidence (photos and/or videos) showing the damage or incorrect item to assess the situation.
To report an issue, please email us at doopscustomworks@gmail.com within 5 days of receiving your order.  
Custom Made Items:

Due to the custom nature of these products, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds.
Refunds are only permitted if the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
If you receive a defective or damaged custom item, please contact us at doopscustomworks@gmail.com  with photos of the defects or damages within 5 days of receipt.
Requests made after 5 days from delivery will not be eligible for review.
